Southern California IT Services company to offer IT support in Spanish
San Diego, California (January 15, 2008) Shaw Binary Systems, Inc. (SBSI) today announced that it is developing a tech support team to focus on offering IT support services to the Latin business community in southern California.  The team will be comprised of fluent bi-lingual technical support engineers and account managers that will provide SBSI’s complete set of services to customers conducting business primarily in Spanish.

“San Diego has a growing base of businesses that conduct themselves primarily in Spanish, both due to the close proximity of Tijuana, Mexico and the Maquiladoras (twin plants), and we have seen an influx of international companies from Spain, Central, and South America opening branch offices in San Diego County,” said Christopher Shaw, President and CEO of Shaw Binary Systems, Inc.

As a Microsoft Gold partner, SBSI has already taken steps to channel itself through Microsoft in Spanish using the Microsoft Solutions directory and profiling themselves as a Microsoft partner in Spanish.  Additionally by early 2009 SBSI plans on launching a new marketing and support website available in both English and Spanish to provide additional visibility and accessibility to the Latin community.
