SHAW BINARY SYSTEMS, INC. (SBSI) TO BUILD SALES INTRANET PORTAL FOR COLRICH COMMUNITIES, LLC.  

San Diego, California (October 20, 2004) -- Shaw Binary Systems, Inc. (SBSI) announced today the start of a project to build a sales intranet portal for Colrich Communities, LLC. Colrich is a company involved in the real estate market; Colrich creates new communities and converts preexisting property.

SBSI, who has worked on several other project for Colrich in the past, has been brought on to create the intranet portal, which will be a web based application that will allow Colrich to manage their potential buyers. Patrick Tinklenberg, SBSI’s Director of Technology, said, “we enjoy helping our customers create something they can not find in an off the shelf product. Frequently, we see a quicker return on investment and happier end users when building a product from scratch, rather than attempting to customize an existing application.”

The sales intranet portal will help manage Colrich’s potential buyers by managing Colrich’s condominium conversion, construction projects and sales process. This will include: project schedule management, customer data tracking, sales/lease/maintenance task management and document merge capabilities.

The estimated completion date for the sales intranet portal project is December 20, 2004.
