Adobe XML Architecture Automating Forms
 By: Neil Buckley

Adobe is More Than Just Reader

Most people who frequent the Internet are already familiar with Adobe due to the Adobe Reader program, which is appropriately named for its capacity to decipher pdf files and conveniently display the content in the open browser. Lately, Adobe has increased the coupling of  their abilities with XML to offer enhanced Adobe XML architecture. The technology assists in streamlining workflows to a paperless office environment. Adobe XML  architecture allows for complicated forms that once had to be dealt with by hand, to be digitalized and filled out on the computer.

Taking it one step forward, Shaw Binary Systems, Inc. (SBSI) plans to utilize Adobe XML soon to aid clients with complex forms and reports that need data imputed from a database. Then, the paperless forms will be automatically filled out pulling information that has previously been entered into a database. This will save companies valuable employee time that is frequently spent on reentering the same information into several different databases.

Please contact Neil Buckley at (619) 276-5244 x20 to discuss employing Adobe XML for your company.
